We found a car that we wanted at this dealer and worked with a very nice sales guy. We took it to Mitas around the corner to have it looked at and found it needed $3,500 of work in order to get an inspection sticker. Dealer said were fixing the car. We spoke to the salesman frequently over the next 2 weeks. He even sent purchase paperwork by email and confirmed the car would be fixed and price in text! Zero customer service from this guy. Had to put $1,000 in my vehicle a little over a month after I purchased it. The warranty he sold me on, didn’t cover any of the repairs needed. Months later, I’m dropping more money into the vehicle. Over $2,000 in less than a year. Still no call back or any offer to help or reconcile. As a family man, I thought he’d show compassion for a father that’s been stranded twice now with my young son.

Got the car I was looking for at a Great Value!!
Can't give 0 Stars. Should have known when it took 2 weeks for them to inspect the car it was a bad decision. Was told that the headlights were replaced which is why it took so long. After 30 days, headlights go out and I'm now told $5k to fix, due to the rigged up job. Dealership told me that vehicle should have never passed inspection. Have left voicemails with no call backs. Very good experience. The people here are very informative and very helpful .The finance department did an excellent job with customer service and was very honest.This was a overall very good experience I'd recommend them to anyone...
