I was having an issues with the new furnace and blower that they had installed in my house. They come out and fixed the issues soon as possible. Kenny and Chad both worked on the unit to get it to work. They both did a great job.
We thought we had a problem with our master AC, but it turns out the real issue was poor system design and some inefficiencies with the filters. In the middle of a brutal heatwave here in the Ohio Valley, I called DFH last minute — and despite being slammed with calls, they somehow managed to get us scheduled and took care of the issue quickly and professionally. Professional, friendly installers and Owner. We own a 1910 Home , they put in central air and new furnace. Pricing was competitive and fair . The owner Chris Hinkebein came to our home to discuss options. As small business owners we absolutely appreciate the time and care they put in . We are thrilled with our new units. It’s going to be fabulous no longer dealing with window units!
