We just had Dyna-flow do a complete tear-off and new roof install on our rental property. This is our second roof done by Dyna-Flow, we did our own home two years ago. Tom and his crew did a fantastic job. The install was very professionally completed. There were some surprises when the old roof was taken off the 125 year old house, but Tom had a solution and the new roof is 200% better than what was there. The roof itself looks great. I'm not a roofer but every vent, angle, and edge look good. I showed the crew chief some damage to my siding by the roof when they were here, also showed the salesman the damage. Of course I can't prove they did it but I've lived here for 3 years, worked on some projects myself up near the roof and never noticed it. I showed it to the salesman when I gave him the final check and after a week or so he came back out himself and fixed all of it. The siding and the roof look great. All in all I'm hap... read more
