There were so helpful and polite with my situation and would completely recommend them to anyone looking to get a bike fixed or someone to call a bike shop home to their favorite activity! Great group of guys and there are completely reasonable and helpful with any questions or concerns you have as a customer! This will be my regular stop for any fixes or additions I make to my bike!
While visiting the states, I had went training for a race I have back home in Curacao when my spoke broke. After visiting a specialized shop that was very rude to me, I went to DFC and received excellent customer service, from Greg and Shane. Helped me on the spot and even took time to tell me about local routes and just small talk. I greatly appreciate it! This will be my shop away from home shop while visiting from now on!
Just wanted to say a quick but profound thank you to Greg Davis, Sammy & all of the other staff at DFC for all of their help in building bikes for my wife & I. So flexible & able to solve any problem - we really appreciate it!!
