Absolute garbage. I have been trying to help my 97 year old grandfather who is a WWII vet get back retired pay they owe him- we have not made any progress in 6 months. They do not care. The workers are profoundly apathetic- and I get that is a systems problem. No one is willing to step up and advocate for him- after all he gave he this country.
I gave information off of DD214 to change routing # and I failed. Then tried to mail to address above and failed. I need to close old checking out because it was comprised and I can't do it.
One of the worst places to work with. I keep trying to add my daughter to my survivor benefits and they deny it because she was born in 2013 but because they are incompetent they don't read the birth certificate that they ask for, if they did they would know that she was born in 2024. Truly the laziest people who are impossible to get a hold of.
