We purchased a brand new furnace from DeZiel just 3.5 years ago, and we've had to pay to have it repaired twice already. The furnace we replaced was original to the home and was 25 years old, it's absolutely sickening that the $11,000 furnace they sold us couldn't even last 4 years without multiple repairs. Right now, it's -8 and we have no heat, again. DeZiels sells poor quality furnaces. Beware.

We recently got a new furnace and AC unit from DeZiel and have had problems with our heating. It has stopped working multiple times, we have called multiple times and many times they can’t get here until 3-5 days later. That is 3-5 days with no heat in the middle of winter. They need to have an on-call employee for emergencies like this. This is an emergency because if our pipes burst I am having it put on them. There are way too many times we have called and way too many people coming out to fix this for it to be “new” unit... read more

Used to use DeZiel prior to their merger with Deans and always had good service - they installed a new furnace/AC unit and when they damaged drywall during installation they took care of repair and repainting at no cost to me. However, since the merger I have called three times to try to get a tune up scheduled: September 2024 for furnace, March 2025 for AC and August 2025. Each call they said they were unable to schedule tuneups but were able to schedule other services not covered under the membership plan. Unfortunate this... read more

always happy with Deziel an Amana dealer now owned by deans . have yet to hear anything good about deans . read sone of the reviews . not very good . I still have a service contract left with Deziel . I'll look elsewhere. don't want deans in my house .
