always happy with Deziel an Amana dealer now owned by deans . have yet to hear anything good about deans . read sone of the reviews . not very good . I still have a service contract left with Deziel . I'll look elsewhere. don't want deans in my house .
Seems like the genuine customer service that I used to get when it was Deziel Has gone away, Now that Deans bought them out. Just called them this Morning to to discuss issues with furnace/AC and I felt all they wanted was to get the appt, made sure I new about a $225 diagnostic fee and get me off the phone. Not impressed.
Just got off the. Phone with the service lady. In short she told me the pounds sand. And refused so offer any assistance even with authorization from the home owner
Was bought out by Dean's Home Services. My $120 filters for 4-pack is $267.50. How is that possible? That offered a one-time discount for the difference, after I requested by email a copy of my last invoice showing the cost, which I appreciate but this feels like they're just out to get more money and not that the filters went up that exorbitant amount. I loved that DeZiel was a locally operated company and I always loved their service before this and I'm disappointed with the change. It seems like I'm not the only one havin... read more
