I purchased a Groupon and scheduled last month. I arrived on time and was told my appointment was last week, when in fact it was today and on her calendar. She spoke with someone earlier in the day and doubled booked during my appointment. She said she could "start" on my hair, while prioritizing her other client, who was late. The salon was also very difficult to find and the name didn't match the street sign. I unfortunately will not be returning.

I have thin straight, fine hair so I don't mind going to whoever to cut my hair because its an easy cut: some light layers in the back and tapering around the front. My hair was down below my shoulders when I went in. I was VERY clear that I only wanted 1.5 inches off. The stylist must have forgotten that, maybe because she was on the phone most of the haircut, but she thinned my already thin hair.
