This review is in regards to Fernando Pettineroli who sells houses around the sunny isles/golden beach area. Very unprofessional and dishonest. Description and information about the house we went into contract with was completely inaccurate. He didn't disclose critical issues with the house and when the inspectors came in to see the house they found very bad issues and he acted very unprofessional and rude to both the inspection and my agent. He even scammed my agent $300 claiming that's the inspectors damaged the garage doo... read more

I believe good reviews they gave themselves , look at the names and team members on their website. The most unprofessional lady Matheu Marie-Laure, and she blamed broker for not submitting offer to the owner on time(because she didn't know how to open it on her 🖥️💻). Very sad situation 😢
