Working with the owner ******************* and his team was fantastic. Every aspect of the experience was pleasant, efficient and fairly priced. I appreciated the flexibility displayed when working with the other companies that were also doing work. My garage frame was sagging badly and they were able to completely rebuild it. The new door is gorgeous! Still smiling when I pull in the drive!
I would never recommend this company to anyone! The worst customer service possible! I was told it would take 2 weeks to get a door installed - 2 months later still no door - the worst part is they will not call you - if you call for a status - they may call you back 3 or 4 days later - at least we did not pay anything - Please call any other door company rather than them, it was the worst experience, I have no idea how they stay in business with the person running the office! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! We ordered our garage door through **** ***** on 10/21/19 and **** ***** told us that Deyo would be calling us to schedule the install. They never did. We had to go to **** ***** and have their manager call them to schedule the installation. When the day of the install arrived, no one showed. I called to reschedule the installation and they reset the date for today. AGAIN ANOTHER NO CALL NO SHOW.
