Reliable and always comes in a timely manner. Very informative and friendly people.
Had an issue with unit and called out Dexter's as they are 1.5 miles from my home. The unit wasn't cooling properly, they advised needing recharge. After paying the unit still didn't cool as they said, when came out again tried to tell me the heat exchanger was reason not cooling properly. They charge $175 for coming out again after charge for freon service, didn't want them to come back as was lying.
