Had a biopsy more than 2 weeks ago. No results and no updates from clinic. I am a survivor and they knew how important the results of this test is. I have called daily for past two weeks and get the same comment regardless of who you speak to: “the doctor is in surgery or with a patient and I’ll leave a note for him or the PA to call you.” I have never received a call back, not even to let me know the results are not in. This poor communication is inexcusable.

I hate leaving negative reviews because the surgeon and front office staff were friendly and professional. Unfortunately, our experience with the billing department was frustrating enough that I think other patients should be aware. We scheduled my daughter's wisdom tooth surgery months in advance and were quoted an out-of-pocket cost, which we paid. I was referred to Dr. Fleming’s office for the removal of my wisdom teeth, including a cyst on my lower right wisdom tooth. Scheduling was easy, the front desk staff was friendly, and Dr. Fleming was excellent. I was confident I wanted him to perform my procedure. Unfortunately, my experience with the billing department changed that. I have two dental insurance plans, and I was told they would only bill one initially. We took my 15 year old son to get his wisdom teeth removed and I could not have picked a better place. Dr Fleming and his staff were wonderful and Katie was so gracious helping us with our aftercare instructions.
