I was referred to Dr. Fleming’s office for the removal of my wisdom teeth, including a cyst on my lower right wisdom tooth. Scheduling was easy, the front desk staff was friendly, and Dr. Fleming was excellent. I was confident I wanted him to perform my procedure. Unfortunately, my experience with the billing department changed that. I have two dental insurance plans, and I was told they would only bill one initially. We took my 15 year old son to get his wisdom teeth removed and I could not have picked a better place. Dr Fleming and his staff were wonderful and Katie was so gracious helping us with our aftercare instructions.
Terrible service and staff
Five stars all around! Dr. Fleming's office is incredibly clean and runs like a well-oiled machine. Easily one of the most positive medical/dental experiences I've ever had. I was in and out in about 30 minutes! Dalya was the surgical assistant who prepped me for my wisdom teeth extraction and her big sister vibes put my raging anxiety at ease.
