Update #2 1/2/2025: Thrive decided to now work 100% off-site, and the office is empty 7 days a week. That is fine with me since they do not do anything anyway, but they also do not reply to emails. I have been trying to give my notice to vacate because one of their residents has been harassing and stalking me for 2-months now, as well as pounding on my door and disturbing myself and my neighbors all hours of the morning and night. Loved my experience living here, right in the city so everywhere was walkable or there were lime scooters/bikes right outside. Beautiful rooftop great for gatherings and view of Seattle and the lake. We had a patio, washer/dryer, dishwasher and two floors in our unit which was nice and everything we needed. The only downside is small rooms and parking can be hard to find sometimes! But at least buying a parking pass isn’t an absolute must
