We USE to really like this place, until a removal of leg mass went bad and my doggie could of lost his leg if I didn’t take him to ER Vet for 4 days! The surgery was June 2, 2020 and I’m still doing dressing changes 6 months later! THOUSANDS of dollars and not to mention the pain and suffering has been caused to my dog. After speaking with a Dr that didn’t do the surgery, they only refunded $85 saying it was my dogs fault the DR messed up the closure. Seems as though the practice is growing and is loosing the personal touch. Havnt seen Jennifer in months. Longer wait than usual while we hear people seemingly visiting outside the room. Loosing appeal..
