Unethical and terrible customer service. We made a request last year to have our practice name changed and paid them 499 for transfer of ownership. Almost a year later and still not completed. The internal communication between teams is poor and one team does not know what the other is doing when asked. We are looking at all available remedies at this point. If you value customer service, please avoid doing business with this company.
Spent over 20k on a scanner which crashed in less than 10 months and getting replacement has been a farce. Do better, Dexis.
This company holds customers hostage by forcing you to pay for a warranty part replacement if you cancel their support subscription within 12 months. I have been a Dexis customer since 2016 and am sad that leadership has turned to these types of consumer-abuse techniques. Avoid this big corp company at all cost. Dexis was better without the Danaher investors. Shame, you lost another customer.
Horrible customer service! Been trying to get x-ray name updated for the past six months they were real quick to take my money, but still have not changed the name.
