The tech was late starts off by aoologizing. Ok, then she acts like she is not interested at all in my program package. Minimal communication to describe procedures and even less communication pursuant to the results. Almost like a generic assembly line. The Dexafit was informativethe results are easy to self interpret. The I question the accuracy of the RMP test. I have been going to this location quarterly since 2023 and have referred friends and family who are now customers. I recommend this dexa location over the competitors who in years past I was a customer. Things I like: easy parking in a very safe area, friendly staff who remembers you, clean facility, easy scheduling and a very helpful app that works well, team is responsive via email, and there is visible reinvestment into their facilities. Everything about the experience is wonderful! Great staff, great insights. They really know what they are doing!
the people who work here are nice, and you do get your dexa results, but it's really difficult to schedule, no human on their phone line, other machines are often broken and the consultation of your dexa scan results is very limited, like a five min conversation where they're just reading what's on the print out
Emily went above and beyond in my RMR test today and I was really honored that she did. I got some results that showed me out of range for my age group and it has led me to take further action that I wouldn't have (getting my thyroid checked out due to potential metabolic issues picked up by the scan). Emily and the team here might have uncovered a deeper health issue with the scan! Even if not, it suggests that I need to follow a different eating and exercise regimen.
