I had an appointment for a body scan, but on the day of the appointment, I was informed at the last minute that it would be delayed by half an hour. Damian is highly intelligent and knowledgeable. I had my first scan today, and I could not be more satisfied with the level of customer service and in-depth discussion regarding the results. I highly recommend this company, and I will be making future body scans a regular part of my health and fitness monitoring.
Unresponsive, they got back to my query after 2 working days and did not reply to my follow-up query. By this time the appointment time I wanted was gone! This is frustrating and bad service. They say only contact by email but then never reply. I am going with another body scan provider!
Beware! This is a DEXA provider that doesn't actually offer a DEXA scan! Quote: "Due to regulatory changes effecting all DEXA providers in Victoria, whole body DEXA scans are no longer available. Our whole body DEXA scans are reserved for approved research purposes only." Their Whole Body Scan with "artificial intelligence" description page tiptoes around the fact that this isn't a DEXA scan, and is misleading to say the least.
