They purchased the company who serviced our copiers several years back and the experience has just been downright terrible. Stay very far away from DEX Imaging.
This company is smoking mirrors, they sound great. Service is terrible. Service text can't show up to fix equipment and when you're running a small office and you're dependent upon your office equipment this company will cause you to become a week or two behind.
WILL NOT RESPOND TO SERVICE REQUESTS TRIED FOR 4 DAYS TO GET SERVICE - JUST HORRIBLE
