I signed up with Dex imaging 5 years ago. The printer has had problems since the beginning. Had an early service call even, worked with them regarding servicing, and they replace a part completely. This was a struggle to obtain service. I was always reinstalling the drivers at least once a month. Printer finally quit, tried to obtain service, left voicemails, no follow-up.
