This company is a disaster to deal with. All they want to do is getting your business, bill you every month and then disappear until the next contract is up for renewal. I've never seen the lack of respect for the customers this company shows. They don't answer e-mails and mess up contracts. I am sure Mr. Doyle is not aware of what is really happening in Doral.
The attention to detail to meet the needs of my business was incredible. I’ve worked with other sales reps and companies, but the service I received with Jimmy is hard to come by these days. Highly recommend giving him a call.

Unacceptable service. They appear to have just one service tech because each time, they take an excessive amount of time to respond. Businesses should respond in 4 hours; we reported at issue yesterday and it's now the end of the following business day and not tech.
