This bloke loves to hang up on customers going off his history of reviews, can't give him 1 star so he does get an extra star because he did actually give a little helpful advice but honestly no need to be rude on the phone or ever hang up on people who are calling from a needy position with a broken rear caravan camera cord, just say you haven't got time for the work and that's how you be a DECENT human being
