Where do I start. The guy they sent Mike C. Seemed like your honest older plumber guy… but was not. The more I talked to him the more he seemed like a real jerk. He just threw out 5k price for a new Natural gas water heater which seemed arbitrary, but told me that was what was in their price book. He had no customer service skills what so ever.
