Love using them for insurance brokerage. My guy Bailey is great.
Richard Pfeifer is easily the most incompetent insurance agent I have ever come across. He was supposed to get information of our old insurance so that our auto company would remove an unnecessary $3100 add on for claiming we didn’t have insurance at time of purchase. It has been 3 months, it has now affected my credit score, and still nothing from Rick. He clearly does not take pride in his job or care in his clients. I highly advise staying away from both this company and the agent, Richard Pfeifer.
