People were friendly to my parents but you might want to hire new cleaning people cause there rental was not that clean. Trash was left under beds and a lot of sand, and food in microwave. But like I said friendly people but might want yo look into finding new cleaning people.
This vacation rental does not even deserve one star. They are thieves with a sneaky business operation. Their rental 12 bayside court is filthy!! We were charged $139.00 to purchase a comforter that we were accused of damaging when we didn't even use it because it was so disgusting. The entire condo was so filthy that there was food particles in the sink, the showers were not able to be used until cleaned and the floors were black with filth.
