Would give TEN stars if I could!!!! These guys are very professional but also have a heart. Was in a very difficult dilemma and they went above and beyond to work with me. Best prices around too! I highly recommend!
Climate controlled, used for a few months and had no issues. I am not sure what "bring a guy with you" means, as all of these men were highly professional and I walked in as a woman alone. They got me a unit very quickly and had the CHEAPEST prices in Rochester. They did me a favor and also let me move the belongings out on the 1st even though it was into the next month, free of charge. Professional and friendly on the phone. These guys are a smaller business willing to work with you and compromise. I highly recommend!

clean, secure, monitored, climate controlled storage facility. I enjoy talking with Gus and Dakota. nice guys. And could talk cars with them all day!
Place is always clean and climate controlled!! They've had my business forever !! Use them �
The major complaint is that is supposed to be climate controlled and Is NOT. No lighting to actually see within unit. .Also the hours are limited and an inconvenience to access your unit.
