best PiZZa in the Tri-State – My favorite thing about Dewey's pizza is the option for the white sauce instead of pizza sauce. I also love their greek salad and dressing. I read a lot of complaints regarding parking -- if you go to Deweys, try the one at Newport on the Levee. I also like the smoke-free atmosphere. On the weekends it can get busy, but when you have the best pizza around that's to be expected!
Simply The BEST – I have dined at every Dewey's in Cincinnati and have yet to be anything but extremely pleased. Their unique (at least for Cincinnati) Pizzas are perfect! Perfect Crust, Perfect Toppings, Perfect Service and finally, Hot food that is actually served HOT! Their Socrates Revenge is my favorite but I would still be pleased even if they mixed up the order (which, by the way, they have never done). You've Got to try Dewey's.
Never been let down! – I visit Dewey's once a week AT LEAST and have yet to have a bad experience! Sure, parking can be tricky and the waiting space isn't huge but they do that on purpose! Yum! – Dewey's has great food - and you can choose from a broad palette of ingredients to customize your own pizza or calzone. The service is always fast and friendly. You may have to wait awhile for a table during the lunch or dinnertime rush, so plan to dine a bit later, AFTER the hungry crowd has moved on.
OverRated – Dewey's Pizza is one the most overrated restaurants I have visited. The pizza was no better than can found at the local chains. The parking was horrible. There is very limited waiting area, but it is not common to have to wait an hour.
One of the Best – One of the best. Everything from the palin and simple to the gormet pizzas. You can not go wrong.
Dewey's is the BEST – Great crust, great toppings, great salads! Although I'd like to see some more appetizers (cheese bread, mozz sticks, etc) on the menu, if you're in a pizza mood it's hard to beat Dewey's. Friendly staff, fast service, family-friendly, and good prices. Try the party room for your next gathering! I used it twice this year, and it's CHEAP!
Gourmet Pizza – Dewey's is wonderful! They offer a variety of toppings and combination pizzas that will please anyone! This place is always full. It is a trendy restaurant with great salads and gourmet pizzas. They do not deliver, which is a shame, but it's worth going.
Best pizza in Cinci so far – Moved here from Columbus, OH, before from Indianapolis, IN and even before that from the Pittsburgh area. Unfortuneately, no mid-western pizza has even come close to the garlic-laden, fresh tomato, crunchy semi-thick crusted pizzas of the Italian areas around Pittsburgh. Deweys comes close though, but needs more garlic naturally. The crust could use some work, but the toppings and sauces are great. Best pizza I've had in the mid-west, yet. But a far cry from what I had in the the Pittsburgh area.
