I have been purchasing furniture and carpeting from Dewey for many years. Purchased Lazyboy couch and loveseat there five years ago. Bought protection plan which clearly states in contract that if not used within the five years that purchase price would be refunded by retailer. Took paper work and receipts to Dewey, but they would not honor it! Friends bought sofa 2-3 years ago and they were sold plan with same understanding of the refund policy - so they are still selling policies with same promise but won't abide by contra... read more
