i have bought several things from dewey in the last decade and they have been great, my recliner is 11 years old and just now needing a lil work and it has been put threw the wringer with kids, dogs, and company :)
I've been waiting for MONTHS to get my year old couch repaired. First call was a couple months ago. Thomas came out and ordered something. Came out again because one of the other cushions was getting bad. Solution for the back support - put new stuffing in it. Waiting for new cushions and new stuffing. The worst piece of furniture I've ever owned.
Dewey furniture has always gone above and beyond to make sure we get the best deal for the best quality furniture and we are always satisfied! We love the Dewey's! I give them 5 stars!
We bought a sectional earlier this year. We love it!!! All staff were helpful!! We had a problem with a piece and they came to our house picked up problem piece and brought back when it was fixed!!!! Delivery men were also very careful to not bump into doors or other furniture!!
