Took my car in to get air filter and cabin filter replaced. After I picked my car up I noticed that the glove box was hanging on one side and not shutting all the way. Opened the glove box and it completely fell on the floor. Called **** and explained to them what happened, they told me that I could come in and they can take a look at it and fix it. Went back to have the glove box fixed, left my car over lunch hour. At the end of the work day I went back to pick up my car but no one could find my keys, told the customer serv... read more

They sold my family and I a Ford Escape 1.6L AWD Ecoboost and it was bot a safe or reliable vehicle from beginning. Total engine shut down within the first 2k miles, took over a month to make drivable again at 28k miles. Yet the problem was still present, it ran another 30k miles before another total engine shutdown at. This time they rebuilt the whole engine block due to coolant in the cylinder that was caused by "unknown" issues. Rebuilt transmission for same "unknown" issues at this point we were at 60k miles and it drove... read more

Very Poor Customer Service I received a recall notice for the airbag on my 2004 Ford F150 so I called my local Ford dealer, Dewey Ford, to schedule the required service. I've lived in Ankeny, IA for around 10 years and have never done business with Dewey simply because I have heard negative things about them from others in town. Nonetheless, I scheduled the appointment and included a service request for an oil change and tune up at the same time. Upon my arrival, I was greeted by the Assistant Service Manager, Matt Karnatz, ... read more

AWESOME EXPERIENCE! I recently purchased a car from Jessica. She went out of her way to make the process as smooth as possible and was so kind and helpful! I will go back again and again!

Hope they go out of business... When I initially purchased my vehicle from Dewey it was a "feel good" sale. I was happy with the price of the vehicle I purchased and they gave me what I wanted on my trade in. Not much negotiation was needed. HOWEVER I get a call from one of the loan guys a day or two later and he informs me that I owed another approx $400 for title/fees because my paperwork was done incorrectly! Rather insulting, greedy, and bad business practice. Looking back I should have told him to get bent since the pap... read more

go north I would recommend taking the drive up north to Ames- Willey is a smaller dealership but treats you with respect, and doesnt try to ram a bunch of crap down your throat after agreeing to purchase the vehicle. They treat you like a human being.

Dewey Ford Body Shop needs some customer service training. Recently we needed to work with the body shop to get a repair done on one of our vehicles. We had a hard time talking to the right person and then once were told we would get a call back and never did...that was a month ago.

Long Time Owner of Ford Trucks On 22 May, while traveling from Illinois to Nebraska, our truck broke down on the ramp at Merle Hay Road. Late afternoon on Saturday, I called Dewey Ford. From the first conversation with the young lady that answered the phone, people at Dewey were helpful and friendly. Rusty explained their service calendar situation for Monday and said they would do everything to get the truck in on Monday morning. When I called at 7:00 AM on Monday, they were getting the truck into the bay. At about 8:30 I r... read more
