My father is currently staying here and I couldn't be more upset with the complete and utter lack of empathy. I have been trying to reach out to my dad for days and either get disconnected or told "he's sleeping" The first switchboard operator seemed to know it was me calling, giggled, and transferred me to the same nurse that continues to tell me my dad is sleeping. I honestly can’t understand how there have been so many negative reviews for this place, I did residential treatment here and it was the best experience I’ve had in recovery
(had to post on two spots because it was that bad) One star for the two people who actually gave any care. The mental health community is failing us, this is a prime example. I checked myself in, only to find this building where the walls are all white, one corridor to walk in, all your activities are in one area. The "glorified babysitters" do their checks every half hour, they ask, "hey how's it going?" I said "terrible" twice while I was hiding in my bathroom for an hour because everything was so bright and loud, you thin... read more
To admit an Adult which was me, and given a Pill without reasoning is unordinary. Then allowed my Mother to come in the room. To discuss the reason I should take it order for me to be released.
