Really spacious, clean apartment for the price. Haven’t had to many maintenance issues but when I do they are taken care of promptly. Overall nice place and great, quiet location.

I've been living here about a year now, it's in a good location only a few minutes walk from both the park and downtown, it's quiet and you can't hear the neighbors, and you get plenty of space for the low rent, overall very good value
