I called Dewey and Sons at 8:45 am with a plumbing emergency. The receptionist was very professional and told me she would have someone come out the same day. She called me an hour and a half later to tell me the plumbers were on their way. David and Dillon were at my house by 11:00 am. They were polite, professional, and fixed my issue right away. I am very impressed with the level of service from the plumbers and the communication from the receptionist. I highly recommend them!
Dewey and sons are my new plumber that I am going to call the first time. They did a perfect job at fixing my leak in my front yard for way less than another place . And the staff are very polite and professional.
While these are great plumbers, my complaint is tracking muddy dirt in my living room & kitchen. It’s raining today & I have a door mat to wipe feet on but it wasn’t used. Consequently, I had to spend 35 minutes cleaning my wood floors & rubber kitchen mats when they left. It’s the maid’s day off so I had to mop it; although I have degenerative disc disease & I’m sick with a cold feeling terrible today! That equates to 3 stars instead of 5. No free estimates. Was charged $75 for an estimate. Didn't use them because of the price. Had it done for 1/3 of their quote of $1000.
They took care of us quickly. Called in morning they came out quickly. Excellent service
