Ridiculous that they don’t ever give a day and time to go to a job, and give a BS excuse that they need to tend to emergency jobs first… so you have daily… all day emergency jobs for the last 3-4 weeks… no call back, no one has followed up. My job is a 10 min job probably and keeps getting disregarded..

She had some questions about the new faucet and he told her that they were "spending more time talking than working". And told her to make a choice so he could get the job done". didn't try to answer her questions, and seemed offended that she had questions.
