Furnace went out on a Friday. They showed up within 30 mins and had my furnace back up and running an hour later to keep us warm for the weekend. Great family owned company that doesn't rip you off. Great service!
After not using the furnace for the summer, we attempted to turn the heat on 2 days ago, and it just didn't seem to be kicking on. My husband told me to turn it off and he'd look after work, assuming it was the pilot light. I expect excellence in service when I do business, I didn't get that. The owner was rude when I couldn't make my schedule meet his. And when they finally came, they left a terrible mess.
