Hello, I had a great experience in Dewedney Dental Center. Dr. Bita is the best and professional doctor I have ever seen. also dental assistants working there are really friendly and helpful.
I was new and didn't know about insurance policies. They added a root canal to my insurance. This was even though I had done it in another country and my insurance money was exhausted. I still didn't know. They forced me to pay the rest of the money in cash and at the first moment. I thought that was the procedure and I did it. But after taking the money, they postponed my work, which was only a dental crown, to 2 months later. Please, those who have company insurance, stay away from this clinic. They are very liars.
