Having to send insurance company forms 3 times or more because done incorrectly. Not telling patient, until got caught being deceptive and forced by me to do correctly..joke..Sunlife tells me they didn't send correct information and for me to insist I them Receptionist took the blame for Dr. Bayanpours shady business practice . I had a wonderful experience at the clinic! Dr. Bayanpour is such a kind, polite, and generous doctor. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure. She did an excellent job with my filling. I’m very, very happy with the end results! Highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for great dental care and a friendly atmosphere.
During a trip to BC, I had a dental emergency that led me to Dewdney Dental clinic. Dr. Bayanpour and her staff were not only knowledgeable but very kind and caring. They went above and beyond to help me. The office was very clean and I felt I was in great hands.
Best experience that i’ve ever had and very kind staff. I had surgery with Dr.Rostamian and was very professional.
