I have been with this agency for some time. I've experienced some changes and needed to modify my policy. I called to get a quote to because I'm getting a new car and spoke to a young lady. The customer service skills are terrible. I was told that they would get back to me. (NEVER HAVE) I always have to end of calling them and following up with them about this important transition. I love them! Idk if the female agent is the owner’s daughter or niece but they have a great family dynamic type of chemistry in this office. I feel like I’m a part of the family every time i come. Really nice people.

They are so unprofessional and unorganized when it comes to paperwork. I did my part of what was asked of me. No one knows the correct answers.

This was one of the most unprofessional and unpleasant customer service experiences I ever had. The way the agents spoke and addressed my issue with my renters insurance was not only UNTIMELY, but rude. Y’all have a lack of customer service that clearly must start with your MANAGEMENT. I suggest taking your business elsewhere, as I did with a more courteous and PROFESSIONAL agent at a different State Farm office.
