Dewayne is the definition of "people person". He goes above and beyond to tap in to who you are and what you desire in not only a house or location, but a home. We were all over the place, searching for our future retirement home, and with each search and walk through, Dewayne listened, regrouped, and celebrated with us in finding our "cabin in the woods".
I hadn't bought a home in a while, and was very leery about the whole process. Working with DeWayne was wonderful, since he brought expertise, thoroughness, persistence and attention to detail to show me homes.
