Greg and his team were phenomenal to work with. They really rolled up their sleeves to help get my house into shape for staging/showing, putting in way more sweat equity than I have ever seen another agent do on my behalf. I was thrilled with the staging, and the sale price in the end as well. Thank you so much!

Make sure you record your conversations with the owner. And get everything in writing. He will change what he says on a daily basis. Get the price and long term strategy in writing. And refer back to it regularly because you will be gaslit. I don’t recommend this agent. Also there is no accountability because it is only 1 person in the company making decisions so you are stuck when they make egotistical decisions.
