Greg and his team were phenomenal to work with. They really rolled up their sleeves to help get my house into shape for staging/showing, putting in way more sweat equity than I have ever seen another agent do on my behalf. Be careful providing information via their ads. No replies ever - seems like a collection of information
Make sure you record your conversations with the owner. And get everything in writing. He will change what he says on a daily basis. Get the price and long term strategy in writing. And refer back to it regularly because you will be gaslit. I don’t recommend this agent. Also there is no accountability because it is only 1 person in the company making decisions so you are stuck when they make egotistical decisions.
