They were very helpful and got my trimmer fixed
This place is the pinnacle of customer service. I can't say enough on how helpful they are with repairing your warranty item. Not to mention all the customer benefits they offer on trade-ins and other discounts. If you're a DeWalt fan you will love this place.
I took my DeWalt planer for repairs to the service center in Charlotte. Although I have dealt with many other types of service centers, auto, appliance, computer, etc., this was the highest level of customer service and communication I have ever received. I worked with a rep named Troy who kept me up to date throughout the process of the repair with phone calls, and most importantly, an accurate expected completion date. I highly recommend the Charlotte location for DeWalt repairs.
