Very helpful and polite .
Just picked my impacted up from service center it looks like they didn't touch them the both of them are still have dirt on them so they didn't even clean them up before they supposedly fix the two of them looks like I'm going too hilti or bosch dewalt just lost a 25 year customer
Always have great experience when I take tools to be repaired A lot of time I walk away with a new one
Disappointed. They did not fix my tool at all. They just shipped it back saying everything is normal. I would gave them 0 star if i could. I’ll be avoiding DeWalt tools from now on.
