I’ve spent literally thousands of dollars on Dewalt products and they won’t stand behind one 9Ah battery that’s 18 months because of where I bought it even though it was brand new and I have the printed receipt to prove it. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! I bought a weed wacker lesson a year ago and it broke down so I had to spend $36 to mail it into the Ontario California service center for repair or replacement. I sent it in with the receipt tracking number and 3 weeks later I get no phone call or email so I call in to the Ontario Service Center in Edward picks up the phone and starts asking me for my tracking number and which didn't make any sense.
