Absolutely horrible service. We had a fixed quote and he changed it to hourly service. He will spend his time researching the project while on the clock, takes pictures/videos of your property, and tries to engage you in conversations, just to hype up pricing. We insisted on the fixed quote because of his behavior, and he walked away, leaving us hanging. We were lucky and found an amazing new plumber who informed us of the mistakes that Paul did. Reviews are important to consumers, especially in the home mechanical areas because we need competent, insured technicians fixing our issues and that's what I get with Paul and why I'm writing a review. I've got a complicated double boiler tank-less water heater system that is mechanically on par with the space shuttle proving domestic hot water and floor heating and has given me fits with reliability. On November 2, 2021 Paul the plumber came to my home to assess a water issue: well, tankless water heater, etc. He estimated the cost of this repair was around $1,250.00. Then the day before the job he called me and told me the cost is $1,800.00. I asked for a receipt, something anyone would ask for. I should not have needed to make so many requests for a proper invoice to include email from manufacturer for the same information I already requested simply to register the parts installed for warranty. Great service. Rearranged his appointments so he could give me same day service. Came about 20 minutes after I called. Prices are very reasonable.
