We sold our business back in March of 2008 as we felt it was better for our customers and for us. Unfortunately, it did not work out as we planned so we went our seperate ways. Always a pleasure to deal with someone who is knowledgeable and reasonable.
On the Sunday before the 4th of July they took the time to help me over the phone with a clogged drain line. None of the other 5 places I called would even answer the phone or return my call. They saved me a ton of money and allowed my wife, 2 year old, and newborn son to stay at my house and not have to "bug out" till it was fixed. Can't say enough great things!

Horrible service led to being threatened!! I contacted this company to empty my septic tank. When they did so, they failed to put my inner septic lid on. It poured profusely & the downstairs of my bi-level flooded profusely into 2 different rooms beyond the garage, 1 with carpet & the other with ceramic tile. When I finally got ahold of him, he provided two different stories. The one story he said the seal to the inner lid needed replaced. The other story he said the line was clogged.
