People are very helpful and kind. Enjoy living in Devou Village.
Changing my review to 3 stars because it seems management is slipping. One thing I can't stand is the parking lot. There's been people that aren't residents that park behind people's vehicles.
I just signed my lease for my third year. I gave a score of 4 because nothing is perfect. Lots of pluses here. Great location and pretty good access anywhere. The apartments are well laid out and roomy. A little outdated but still nice. It's a safe area, mostly quiet. Management is generally very quick to handle any problems that need addressed and all the staff are super nice and professional. Maintenance is 50/50. Depending on who you get. Posting on behalf of a resident who wishes to remain anonymous. Devou has done next to nothing to take care of the parking lots after the winter storm. There are still sheets of ice and mounds of icy snow in between parking spots, making it incredibly difficult for residents to get in and out of their cars. Walkways haven’t been salted, and if they have, they’ve frozen over again with no treatment. It’s very dangerous.
