I love living at Devou Village apartment just signed my 10th year lease. The wooded area surrounding the area bring the beautiful deer and different types of birds in the morning. Nice community. Plenty of parking. Landscape is well maintained. The brick buildings are cooler.
We've been very disappointed with the maintenance and management at this property. While the new management has made some cosmetic updates, the underlying infrastructure is neglected and in poor condition. We've had significant issues with black mold in our bathroom. The first time, maintenance simply painted over it and blamed it on our shower curtain. We replaced the curtain, but the mold has since returned, and our maintenance requests are now being ignored. Really nice place nice big closet. Downside is it feels like it’s a struggle anytime you need to get anything fixed in your house. And even though it says it comes with a pool in the summer, that pool has only been open for maybe a week this year. And they don’t update you on the progress of it ever being able to be used again for this year. Lol and I feel like they don’t answer emails if you send them but our reasonably priced so that’s why I’m still here
Not bad. Could be better. Especially with the pool still being closed. Quiet place which is a bonus. I would like to know when the pool will be open. My son and his gf have booked flights from England the last week of August because they want to use the pool as they don’t have the luxury in the UK. Also why does the gym close at 4pm. Most people work in the day so advertising the pool or the gym isn’t a bonus when you rent this place
