They tried to charge my dad for extra things that were not needed. Then my dad had to contact the credit card company since they refused to refund my dad for their scam. When my new vet called them for my file they lost my file. 😭
RecommendedHave been going to this veterinarian for many, many years. The staff and doctors at the present time (writing this in February 2021) are fabulous. Friendly, professional, caring. You can tell they love animals. Highly recommend them!

Called them for our 2 dogs. We have 2 Boston terriers. I parked and now you wait in the car for them to get the dogs. That's fine. They come out and put the leash around the necks of our two dogs. Problem is Boston terriers should never have a leash around their necks due to their breathing issues. They then start with the reverse sneeze. The vet then tries dragging them while this is happening. I get out and calm the pups down and it stops. Vet didn't know what to do. Then they call and say it's $400. always kind, excellent veterinarians, the staff is organized, knowledgable, and extremely caring. The pricing is appropriate and they have never forced charges on my bill that weren't absolutely necessary. I have never had a bad experience going to Devotion.
