We hired Carmen over a year ago when we wanted to do a destination wedding. Carmen was an absolute joy to work with! About a month after getting engaged, my (now) wife and I began researching and interviewing wedding planners. Four to five planners in, they all started to sound the same, but what stood out to us about Carmen was that we felt *heard*.
