Our provider Kathy is top notch in her real care and concern for my Dad. I live out of town and Kathy makes it possible for Dad to be independent in his own home. She makes ALL the difference and we would quite literally have to look at assisted living or some other arrangements without her. However she gives me confidence as to Dad's well being and his autonomy. I thank God for the people at Devoted to Home

Every care giver, as well as the main office, is competent and kind. They handle the unexpected with calm and good judgement. They see what needs to be done and do it. This is the worse organization I have ever tried to deal with!!! I fell for their necklace scam! They are selling the cross with crown necklaces for a $1, what they don’t tell you or show you until it’s too late is the shipping and other charges! I am being charged $52.50!!! I can’t afford this on SSDI! I sent a text message not 2 minutes after the order went through telling them to cancel the order. Only response I have received after several messages going back and forth is they can’t stop an order for any reason! We all k... read more

Training is good, interaction with staff and clients are good. Office works well with staff. It's all good. Recommend others to apply if you want a job that cares about you.
