Landlords &/or tenants if you’re not using John O’keefe from Devoted Real Estate you’re making a mistake! After a long search filled with viewing crappy apts & dealing with unproffesional brokers i was losing hope. Daniel was extremely unprofessional! As someone who has applied to well over 80 apartments, he couldn’t even do the bare minimum and let me know what address he was referring to. For someone who works in a commission based environment, your sales skills suck! Working with John was truly a 10/10 experience! He was incredibly patient, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to helping me find apartments that matched my needs. John consistently kept me in mind whenever a new place became available and was always easy to communicate with. His professionalism and kindness made the entire process so much smoother. I’m so grateful to have crossed paths with him…highly recommend!
Hello, I can say that my experience was very successful, I was looking and looking and when I met John my search ended. At first I wasn't totally sure because I didn't know him, nor did I have any reference, I had only seen him on the street easy page and we know that in these times there are many scammers, but thank God this was not the case, everything I talked about with John also came out and now I'm super happy with my apartment.
