In the beginning this company was fabulous now they could care less about their patients health care or coverage. I've been waiting 5 mths after numerous calls about seeing a doctor for my TMJ always stating they will call me back which never happens and now after waiting 7 years to have a knee replacement surgery they refused transportation (which they had been providing to the surgeon for pre op tests, etc) they refused to take me two days before my surgery.
