I want to thank Devoted and all their staff for the wonderful, loving, care and support they are giving our family for my Mother. Even though Mom is in an Assisted Living, she truly needed more medical and personal support as we navigate her aging years. Within minutes of reaching out to Devoted, Syndee had the "wheels rolling" to do an intake evaluation for services. When my wife got sick, I didn't know what to do and I met Devoted and I am really really happy. They are providing a service that I did not know was available. My wife is getting along just fine thanks to the things they have taught me to do and are helping me with. Priscilla sales rep is always available when it comes to answering questions regarding hospice care. She is a great communicator and people person and I will continue to recommend Devoted hospice because of her and there clinical staff.
Professional, empathetic, punctual, communicative, respectful and caring people, just to name a few things I loved about Devoted. All the way around, I am so thankful to have had some of the best hospice care for my uncle during his time at home & support for myself and family. 10/10 recommend for those caring for a loved one.
