I found Devonwoods on Yelp, and I'm SO glad I did! I called and spoke to one of the owners, Riz, who took amazing care & attention on the phone while asking for details about my order. I try very hard when possible to use local florists/businesses when possible and it really pays off-- especially in this case. I live about 3,000 miles away and was ordering a condolence arrangement for my family who lost a pet this week. I called to find out how much they would charge for flowers and their price was more than all the other places in town so I asked if he would meet competitors prices. He said no and that he didn't know who is competitors were. Then he said why don't you just go there. This man was extremely rude and completely unprofessional.

Elaine, Riz and Steven do a beautiful job with fresh and silk flowers...I am never disappointed. Riz is a master of caligraphy...so be sure to purchase a specialty card and ask him to add your notes by hand. I use Devonwoods as floral support when I entertain, for out of town deliveries, for business and specail occasions, like my son's prom. Reno is full of surprises and wonders...Devonwoods is one of them!

bad place to do business with The flowers are half dead,the candy had a dog hair in it and when I went there to complain the owners were covered in dog hair. The woman owner was the rudest person I have ever met, who stood there covered in dog hair with dirty hair and clothing screaming at others. The flowers and balloons are less than standard and their gifts are cheap chinese knockoff's. This is one of the worst place in this town as far as quality and professionalism are concerned. I live in Ohio and sometimes I have to depend on the Yellow Pages to seek out area businesses. I picked Devonwoods at random and have never been happier. The people I sent the flowers to were delighted with the product and the fact that they lasted so long. I enjoyed working with Riz and Elaine and will use them whenever I have a need.
