It was recently brought to the attention of the association board regarding the upstairs neighbors who take up their carpet and replacing the floor with floors without association approval and without proper underlayment to prevent noise from upstairs homeowners {pg. 21 of the association rule book} AND THEY DID NOTHING ! The Board 2017-2018 ZERO STARS. Attended many board meetings where homeowners concerns were brought up and met with disrespect and disregard. The board is a classic case of the tyrannically power-tripping elderly that will tow your cars if parked in the visitor spots, report you if you have a flower pot out of line, and take no action for the benefit of the homeowners. Awesome condos
Many of my friends that live in condos keep referring me to look into what they had to offer! I liked it just hasn't made up my mind where I wanna live yet!
High association fee. Terrible snow removal and grounds crews. They do everything half ass. Nice location. We have patched holes in wall in the entryway that haven’t been finished for over 3 years now. Only extras are two outside pools.
