My husband and I lived at Devonwood for a year in an upstairs unit. Our downstairs neighbors were constantly complaining about our noise, but we are VERY quiet people. The floors are so thin that my neighbor once came upstairs and asked me not to walk in the kitchen at night because it was so loud in his bedroom.
