Terrible experience. The leasing agency was extremely rude and was very disrespectful to my father when we presented them with a repeated issue. They went ahead and expected me to be homeless with no sort of accommodation while they did demolition on my apartment. Just overall very unprofessional and not good.
License tags recently expired on my car (I am paying tenant with a valid parking pass), I didn't notice, and they towed me from the parking lot overnight with no warning or indication after the fact. I had to call the local police to figure out what happened to my car because I honestly thought it was stolen and management wouldn't answer my call. A single phone call letting me know about my tags would have been sufficient, but I guess they care about immediate money more than the longevity of their tenants. Definitely will ... read more
